For a long time, I thought being healthy meant being as small as possible. Like a lot of women, I spent years chasing that, until I realized it wasn’t giving me the confidence or balance I was actually looking for.
Now, my approach is more about building a body that feels strong, consistent, and sustainable.
I’m a certified wellness coach with training in yoga, health coaching, and nutrition, and I’m currently studying anthropology at San Diego State. My coaching focuses on macro guidance, daily habits, and a more balanced approach to building your physique without extremes.
I’ve been vegetarian for almost 5 years, but my coaching is flexible and designed to work for both vegetarian and omnivorous clients.
The goal isn’t perfection. It’s feeling more in control of your routine, more confident in your body, and creating results that actually last.
